I’m Victoria Leigh (pronounced “VictoriaLee”), a dedicated and experienced career coach with a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. With several years of experience in career coaching and development within Higher Education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of fostering success.

My Journey:

• Extensive Experience: Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in career coaching and professional development, guiding countless individuals to achieve their career aspirations. This has included management and program development of Career Centers at two universities, private coaching and consultation, and partnerships with HR departments and local Chambers of Commerce.

• Leadership in Business Associations: My leadership roles in various business associations and societies have equipped me with a deep understanding of leadership development, programming, project management, and communication. Just a few of these associations have included PRSSA, PMI (Orange County Chapter), ASPA, and CAPIO.

• Commitment to Development: I am driven by an eagerness to develop others and help them succeed. My optimistic belief that everyone can grow and achieve success when they put their mind to it fuels my work every day. As a self-motivated learner, I have pursued a variety of certifications and degrees, including a B.A. in Public Relations and Spanish (Biola University), a Master’s in Public Administration (Azusa Pacific University), and the Project Management Professional certificate (Project Management Institute).
